Kuroha
Portrait of Kuroha in the rain, at night

Kuroha

No one saw him start. That's exactly why he kept going.

Kuroha in guard in an alley in the rainChapter 1

The alley

No gym. No coach. No membership. Just an alley behind a warehouse, a buzzing streetlight and rain that never really stops.

He came at two in the morning, when the city went quiet. Push-ups on wet asphalt. Pull-ups on a fence. Punches into the dark until he couldn't feel his arms.

The first night, he lasted twelve minutes. He came back the next day.

Kuroha from behind, his back marked with scarsChapter 2

The scars

People often ask where the marks on his back come from. He never tells a fight story.

Each mark is a night he had every reason to stay home: the cold, the fatigue, the doubt. He went out anyway.

He doesn't hide them. They're the only training log he's ever kept.

Kuroha hitting a heavy bag in a boxing gymChapter 3

The gym

One day, the alley wasn't enough. He pushed open the door of an old boxing gym, with patched-up bags and chains hanging from the ceiling.

He didn't change his method. Same hour, same discipline. Just more iron.

That method, written down session after session, became the Kuroha Protocol.

You

You don't need an alley, or the rain, or scars.

You need a plan that starts where you really are: your age, your height, your weight. The rest is the same as for him.

Come back the next day.
